If you haven't already discovered Poetrie, you'll be blown away by all the little beauties offered at this family run web-site founded by five sisters. The pieces collected from indie designers are fun, feminine and just down-right adorable.
Seriously, pink and grey stripes? So girly! This adorable top is already in my shopping cart.
This tunic combines flow and structure in such a beautiful way.
The plaid, the tulle, the 1950's silhouette...this will be mine, or maybe I'll just build my own version...then give it to you!
Pure origami loveliness...has the basic pencil skirt ever looked more like a statement piece?
A beautiful work of art, disguised as a clock. Lovely...
Wear these with tights or without tights, so preppy and functional. Can't wait to get a hold of these!
If you love the fur trend this fall, but don't really feel like you can wear it (and I think I might be one of those girls), this would a great way to incorporate it into your look. And as a classically trained musician, I gotta say, I love the name!
The polka-dot floral detailing is so fun.
This is the most adorable cloche I've seen in so long. Seriously, the scalloped edge...Sigh...
The silhouette of this babydoll reminded me so much of the Elevenses Pearl Overcoat from Anthropologie. You can's see in this small picture, but the fabric actually consists of floral cutaways...very unique.
Hmm...bias-cut corduroy, military influence, flounce on the bottom...what's not to love?
I've seen this version in a lot of stores, but none have the whimsical flowers appliquéd like this one. Must get one!
Love the shape of this and the navy contrast on the sides.
If you like these pieces, make sure to click over to Poetrie's website...there's a serious amount of pretty happenin' over there!
Kristina,
ReplyDeleteLove the hats and coats. It sure looks expensive. Have you ordered anything from them yet? I would appreciate a review run down before taking the plunge myself. But I must say, I am liking what I see. Please advise further.
My problem is the product images just don't look real to me.
Thank you for sharing! Laura

That first shirt, oh. my. gosh. So cute! I am also loving the tulle on the Catriona skirt. I should try and make something like that.
