Sight-seeing day. It's laughable now that I was afraid I'd go to Africa and not see any animals. We go on a game drive and they are everywhere...a stone's throw away, and a girl throw at that. It's a heady experience, this staring into the face of a tiger.
They are breath-taking.
It looks like you found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I have never seen a rainbow so close :)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! I am curious...did you stay in a safari type tent or an actual hotel?
p.s. Those flats go with everything, I might have to get a pair.
We actually stayed with a missionary couple there in their home. It was a brick house.

Love your outfits, and the South African scenery is stunning! The pics at the mission school are my favorite. The elements of humanity and nature are so vivid. And who can resist those darling uniforms?!
ReplyDeleteYour outfit looks great and so do those animals! I thought tigers were native to Asia though, not Africa. Are those imported?
ReplyDeleteYes...some of these tigers were brought from a zoo in Poland where they were being mistreated and undernourished. =)
DeleteHeidi braids, plaid and a full skirt! Yummo! You have quite the talent Miss J! Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous.
