I'm partially denying that the temperature is dropping below freezing every night. I live in the Midwest, NOT Alaska, so my wardrobe is particularly challenged by Arctic temperatures. There's a delicate balance between looking cozy and cute and just looking like a blown-up marshmallow. At the risk of looking stuffed, I've had to take a reality check and blow the dust off my puffy, down-filled pieces that don't scream style so much as WARMTH. But at least my tights are cute. Take that cold weather.

--play chess with my son

--lots of snuggles with the fam

--have a cup of coffee with best friends

--have a holly jolly Christmas!
