I was thinking maybe the title of this post should have been "How To Fake a Shirtdress". I'm certainly not above pretending when it comes to getting the most out of my closet. In fact, I really love this pretend shirt-dress look. Which is so much better than saying I hate this look. I do try to keep things positive here on Kristina J.
I specifically remember the J.Crew Style Guide saying it's a good thing to mix shirts and skirts to create something that looks like a dress, and if it's in the Style Guide, it must be worth trying, no?
