OK...just to clarify.

I haven't posted anything for the past few days 'cuz really, all I've been doing is

eatin' Peppermint Bark and drinkin' eggnog and sketching like mad for the collection I'm working on...

Ahh, I love Christmas Break.

I sorta momentarily ventured outside, ya know, to go buy more eggnog...hehe...

There is crazy BIG-ness goin' on in my life (which I'm gettin' closer and closer to being able to share with you, BTW), and I'm just using this week to relax and take some deep breaths before the deadlines and professional meetings of January hit.

It's really amazing how life takes you to places you never imagined you'd go...

sets you on journeys you never thought you'd take.

And what's a girl to do except hold on for the ride?

I hope you all had a fantabulous Christmas...can't wait to get on out there and see what you've been up to...while I've been inhaling every piece of chocolate I see!

But actually, this is my guitar and I really can play.

Not very well, but not horrible either.

I did a foreign study in Guadalajara, Mexico for a semester when I was eighteen, and you don't attend any high-school in Mexico without getting guitar lessons (whether you want them or not).

I kinda wish I'd payed more attention. But isn't that the way it always is?

As you know, I've totally been in wedding/bridesmaid mode recently, and that got me thinking...

Maybe I should give you a little peek at my own wedding dress...handmade by me, of course.

I was at my parents over Thanksgiving and saw it hanging in the closet all lovely and pretty thought maybe, just maybe I might get some pictures in it (if it still fits and everything!) We'll see...

Constructing: Sedona Skirt

I whipped up this skirt for a non-special occasion that I felt like I just had to have an orange skirt for, then wished I hadn't made it quite so fast...(no pockets, boooo...)
