Constructing: Chiffon Flower Pin

You can use lace, tulle or chiffon fabrics for flowers like this...anything that can have heat applied to it without burning.  You want the edges to melt, not go up in flames. The measurements can be as small or large in diameter as you want, but for this tutorial, the measurements given will make a four inch flower.
Wear it as a traditional lapel pin or secure it in hair with a couple bobby pins.
